designs
Elements designed to the customers specifications. We stock
many different end cap configurations for a wide range of
applications. Need prototypes or samples? We'll be glad to
provide them, and for free in some cases.
Please note
that we do not manufacture shortwave elements, commonly known as
't3', tungsten, or halogen, or elements with a sealed tube.
Do you have
special end requirements? We can accommodate you. Please refer
to our
Standard End Caps page for detailed specifications on our
stock parts. Don't see what you need there? No problem. We can have
custom cast or machined caps made to your requirements. We can also
do limited custom caps in house.
Have an unusual design? We may be able
to provide a more cost effective design. Are you getting your tubes
from overseas? We've not yet come across one that we cannot
duplicate, and in some cases for 1/10 the price! Send us a drawing,
sketch, or sample and we'll be happy to quote it.

Not sure if quartz is right for your application? Give us
a call we'll help you make the right choice. We can also assist
you in picking the right infrared characteristics for your specific
applications. Please note that there are thousands of
possible applications for quartz infrared tubes, and numerous factors
affecting each. There is a limit to what we can help with, but we
will try our best!
Capabilities
Flexibility. We can supply a few samples, or sustained
production runs. Variety. We've manufactured nearly 1000 different models
in our 23 year history. Chances are we've already got the specs
on your model, and if not it only takes a few minutes to get
the necessary details.
